DANISH BLUE WITH FIGS AND HONEY
CASTELLO® DANISH BLUE
For two people, you will need 1 pack of Castello® Danish Blue, 10 wholemeal crackers, three figs and 2 tbsp. of acacia honey.
Leave the cheese at room temperature for half an hour before serving it. Cut the cheese in small pieces and the figs into quarters, and use them to top the crackers. Sprinkle with honey. Enjoy!
