- 8 slices of bread
- 16-20 strawberries
- 150g Castello® Double Cream Brie (halfmoon)
- Fresh basil
- Some olive oil
Bruschetta with strawberries and
Castello® Double Cream Brie
Toast the bread on both sides. Cut the cheese into thin slices and place them on the bread.
Rinse the strawberries and remove the tops. Slice thinly and add them on top of the cheese. Finish the bruchettes with fresh basil a bit of olive oil.
