Dark rye canapé with blue cheese and spicy salami

  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 4 slices toasted dark rye bread (approx. 300 g)
  • 150 g Castello Creamy Blue
  • 12 slices spicy salami
  • 12 semidried tomatoes, quartered (approx.100g)
  • 8 spring onions, thinly sliced (approx. 200g)
  • Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Spread the honey on toasted dark rye bread. Cut the cheese in thin slices and arrange on the bread with the salami. Mix the tomato and spring onions and then arrange on top of the cheese. Garnish with freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
