HOMEMADE CRACKERS

Spice up your cheese with delicious homemade crackers!
1 serving
  • 400 g of wheat flour
  • 250ml of water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil
HOMEMADE CRACKERS

Preparation

1. Knead all ingredients together (machine is recommended).
2. Gather the dough in a bowl and let it rise on the kitchen counter for 30-60 minutes.
3. Roll the dough out thinly and cut into cracker shape (use cutters or a glas)
4 Brush each biscuit with Oil and bake at 200 °c for about 15 minutes. (Keep an eye on the crackers so they don’t turn dark)
