Castello® Cream Cheese with Pineapple
A cream cheese made with small chucks of pineapple with chopped almonds and papaya. It has a sweet pineapple aroma with notes of butter, marzipan and warm syrup.
Perfect at the end of a hearty meal on a cracker or light bread. The cheese also pairs well with fresh fruits, such as berries and grapes. It goes incredibly well with dessert wines. You can also try with a glass of cognac or fine dark rum.
