200 g hummus
1 Castello® Camembert
2 avocados
Salad
Watercress

Preparation

Cut out the flat bread and roast it gently on the toaster. Add the hummus generously on the bread, top with lettuce, slices of Castello® Camembert and sliced avocado. Top with watercress, salt and pepper.
