Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados; 1 lime fruit, juiced; 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced; freshly ground black pepper to taste; (60 mL) fresh fresh coriander, washed and finely chopped; 1 fresh roma tomato, diced; hot sauce to taste (optional); 1/4 cup (60 mL) Castello® Extra creamy danish blue broken into bite-sized pieces; 5 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and broken into bite-sized pieces

hot sauce to taste (optional)
1/4 cup (60 mL) Castello® Extra creamy danish blue broken into bite-sized pieces
5 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and broken into bite-sized pieces

1. Cut open avocados, remove pit and scoop inside into a large bowl.

2. Add lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper and mash gently.

3. Add cilantro, tomato and hot sauce to taste; stir carefully to combine.

4. Top with Castello® Extra Creamy Danish Blue crumbles and bacon pieces.
