Bellini With Brie & marinated peaches

Ingredients for 2 servings

Bellini

210 ml Prosecco

6 tbsp. 90 ml peach puree

Optional. 2-4 Raspberries

 

Brie & marinated peaches

1 pc Castello Brie®                                      .                             

2 pc. Sun ripe Peaches                                          

¼ thinly sliced Red Onion                                                         

20 Mint leaves                                                          

1 tbsp. Olive oil                                                                 

pinch of Sea salt                                                               

1 tsp. of chilli flakes Optional

Bellini With Brie & marinated peaches

Preparation

BELLINI

Pour the peach puree into 2 champagne glasses and carefully top with Prosecco.

Finally add Raspberries.

BRIE & MARINATED PEACHES

Free Peaches from stone and slice and toss with rest of the ingredients.

Serve The Castello® Brie with marinated Peaches and Bellinis.
