Blue Cheese and Almond Stuffed Olives

Ingredients for 30 servings

2 tbsp 30 mL sliced almonds 
1 jar 375 mL jumbo pitted green olives, pimento removed 
1 pack 175 g Castello® Noble Blue Cheese 

Makes approximately 30 stuffed olives

Preparation

In a small non-stick skillet toast sliced almonds until lightly brown; remove from heat and set aside to cool. Cut Blue Cheese into 1/4” x 1” pieces. Stuff each olive with Blue Cheese and a sliced almond.
