Castello® Brie with Strawberries and Mint Pesto

Ingredients for 2 servings

500 g (2 cups) strawberries

150 g Castello® Brie

Mint pesto
2 cups fresh mint leaves

50 g (1/2 cup) almonds

4 tbsp. raw cane sugar

Serve with
a warm baguette

Castello® Brie with Strawberries and Mint Pesto

Preparation

Mint pesto
finely blend the mint, almonds and sugar.
Clean the strawberries and cut some of them in half. Cut the cheese into small pieces.

Serving
Arrange the strawberries and cheese on a plate. Sprinkle with mint pesto and serve with a warm baguette.
