Castello Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar with avocado, dukkah, focaccia and sivri pepper

20min Ingredients for 4 servings

1 packet of Castello Tickler Extra Matured Cheddar
4 slices of focaccia
2 ripe avocados
4 tbsp dukkah 
16 sivri peppers – pickled peppers
80 g green olives
12 slices of prosciutto
4 tbsp haydari – a Turkish dip
4 lemon wedges

Castello Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar with avocado, dukkah, focaccia and sivri pepper

Preparation

Remove the cheese from the fridge half an hour before serving. Break the cheese into suitable portions. Slice the avocados and arrange the slices on the bread. Place the bread on four plates and sprinkle with dukkah. Distribute the sivri peppers, olives, haydari and slices of prosciutto on the plates. Serve with lemon wedges.
