350 g. Castello® Tickler Extra Matured Cheddar, diced

100 g. Gherkins

80 g. Pickled beets

50 g. cleaned frisee salad

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. apple vinegar

Salt and ground black pepper

Preparation

Place the cheese on a platter with gherkins, pickled beetroot and duck rilettes. Turn the salad with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange the salad on the dish.

Serve with bread and 4 tbsp. coarse mustard.
