CHOCOALTE HAZELNUT FILLED BRIE WITH ROASTED RASPBERRIES

Ingredients for 4 servings

1 – half pint fresh raspberries

3 tbsp | 45 mL granulated sugar

1 – 125 g pkg. Castello® Brie Cheese, sliced through the middle horizontally

½ cup | 125 mL chocolate hazelnut spread

¼ cup | 60 mL hazelnuts, toasted

CHOCOALTE HAZELNUT FILLED BRIE WITH ROASTED RASPBERRIES

Preparation

Preheat oven to broil.

Place raspberries on a parchment covered sheet pan; sprinkle with sugar and place in oven. Broil until sugar melts and rawspberries soften – approximately 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC).

Place Brie wheel in an oven-proof baking dish. Spread hazelnut spread onto the bottom half of the Brie Cheese wheel; spread right to the edges. Top with remaining half. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven; top with roasted raspberries and hazelnuts.
