Green Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients for 3-4 servings

½ of pack of 150g Castello® Blue cheese
2-3 tbsp. olive or sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp. fromage frais
Rind and juice from 1 small lemon
Salt and black pepper

Use the dressing on a selection of green leaves of your choice and if desired crumble the remaining cheese into the salad.

Green Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing


Cream together the cheese and fromage frais then gradually mix in the oil, lemon juice and season to taste. NB If desired combine all ingredients in a food processor.

Prepare salad in the usual way and pour the dressing over just before serving.
