  • 250 g green asparagus
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 20 g grated Castello┬« Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar

 

Grilled Asparagus with grated cheddar

Preparation

Snap off the ends of the asparagus spears and discard. Coat the asparagus in olive oil and grill them until just tender on a hot grill/frying pan. Toss gently with lemon juice and salt. Serve the asparagus on a platter with a sprinkle of grated cheddar.
