Pinchos with Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar ham

6 slices of baguette

1 clove of garlic

1 tomato (sliced)

9-12 slices of Castello® Tickler Extra Mature cheddar

3 slices of serrano ham

oregano

olive oil

salt and pepper

Pinchos with Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar ham

Preparation

Fry the bread slices in a little oil. Then rub with garlic. This helps to give a bit of garlic flavour without overwhelming the other flavours. Add slices of tomato and cheddar cheese. Bake them in the oven at 225 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Add slices of ham on each of the Pinchos. Top with herbs, salt and pepper and serve.
