Pita Breads

Ingredients for 1 serving

1- 2 rashers back bacon – grilled
Quarter of an avocado pear – sliced
Quarter of a pack of Castello Blue Cheese - sliced
Wholegrain mustard
Lemon juice
Crisp lettuce leaves such as Little Gem or Romaine

Preparation

Grill bacon and cut into pieces, meanwhile warm the pita bread as described on pack., then open up along it’s side to enable the ‘pocket’ to be filled.  Toss the avocado slices in a little lemon juice to prevent browning.

Cut the bacon into 2-3 pieces then fill the bread with the bacon, cheese, avocado and leaves.
