Pork Chops with Savoury Blue Cheese and Herb Butter

Ingredients for 4 servings

Sage Cheese : 
1 x 150g pack Castello® Traditional Danish Blue cheese
50 g Butter
Generous bunch of fresh sage leaves, chopped

Chilli Cheese:
1 x 150 g pack Castello® Traditional Danish Blue cheese
50 g Butter
Half a small red chilli, finely chopped
2-3 pieces roasted red pepper, chopped 
(use from jar as found in the antipasto ranges)

Mustard Cheese :

1 x 150 g pack Castello® Danish Blue cheese
50 g Butter

3 tsp. wholegrain mustard

Pork Chops with Savoury Blue Cheese and Herb Butter

Preparation

Cream together the cheese and butter until well blended, then work in the herbs or other flavourings.

Press into small pots or jars and seal well, then keep in refrigerator. We served the sage butter with grilled pork loin chops, absolutely delicious!
