Prosciutto wrapped breadsticks with Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar and basil sauce

  • 10 breadsticks
  • 20 slices of proscuitto
  • Fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 anchovies
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar
  • 75 g Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar
Prosciutto wrapped breadsticks with Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar and basil sauce

Preparation

Wrap two slices of proscuitto around each grissini, and place the wrapped breadsticks in a plate or bowl. Blend basil, olive oil, anchovies, garlic and sherry vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce on the plate next to the wrapped breadsticks. Grate Castello ® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar on top and serve.
