Quattro Formaggii Pizza

Ingredients for 8 servings

1 ball of store made fresh pizza dough 
3/4 cup (175 mL) Tre Stelle® Mozzarella Shredded Cheese 
3/4 cup (175 mL) Tre Stelle® Piave Cheese, shredded 
3/4 cup (175 mL) Tre Stelle® Asiago Shredded Cheese 
3/4 cup (175 mL) Castello® Crumbled Blue Cheese 
variety of fresh herbs, like basil, oregano 
thyme & sage for garnish 
olive oil for drizzling 
flour and cornmeal for dusting 

Quattro Formaggii Pizza

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 F (230 C) Cut 1/4 of the fresh pizza dough and set aside. On a lightly floured surface roll remaining dough into a ball, using a rolling pin flatten the dough to a 12” circle pinch edges of dough for a raised rim. Sprinkle a round pizza pan with cornmeal; place dough on prepared pan. Roll remaining dough into a large rope, cut into two and place on pizza to make four quadrants for cheese. Carefully place cheeses in individual quadrants, and sprinkle randomly with herbs. 

Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 45 minutes.
