    1 large or two small pears

    100g Castello® Traditional Danish Blue Cheese

    75g hazelnuts

    Balsamic glace

    Fresh parsley

Preparation

Pick the radicchio apart, rinse and halve the largest leaves. Add to a plate. Top with pear slices, hazelnuts, crumbled Castello® Traditional Danish Blue Cheese, balsamic glace, fresh parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
