  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 200 g almonds

Preparation

Dissolve the salt in the boiling water and add the almonds. Soak the almonds in the water for about 25 minutes. Pour off the water and distribute the almonds in a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Bake at 150° for about 20 minutes.
