Slow-roasted tomatoes

2h Ingredients for 4 servings
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Salt and ground pepper

 

 

Slow-roasted tomatoes

Preparation

Halve the cherry tomatoes and toss gently with thyme and olive oil. Place the tomatoes on a baking tray cut side up. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper. Bake the tomatoes at 100° for about 2 hours.
