Blackberries & Liquorice
1 Castello Camembert
A handful of blackberries
2 tbs liquorice syrup
Mint leaves

Pickled figs and pecans
1 Castello Camembert
A handful of pecan nuts
2 pickled figs in light syrup 

 Baked Castello Camembert

Preparation

Cut lines across the cheese but only halfway through
Put the filling into the cracks
Bake the cheese at 170° for 5-7 minutes
