Canapé with Havarti Wild Garlic and Spicy Salami

4 slices toasted dark rye bread (approx. 300 g)
150 g Castello Havarti Wild Garlic
12 slices spicy beef salami
12 semidried tomatoes, quartered (approx.100g)
8 spring onions, thinly sliced (approx. 200g)
Freshly ground pepper

Canapé with Havarti Wild Garlic and Spicy Salami

Preparation

Toast the dark rye bread. Cut the cheese in thin slices and arrange on the bread with the salami. Mix the tomato and spring onions and then arrange on top of the cheese. Garnish with freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
