Croissants with Raspberries and Blue Cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings

4 croissants

150g (1 1/4 cup) raspberries

100g Castello® Extra Creamy Blue Cheese Slices

 

Croissants with Raspberries and Blue Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 150.C/300.F

Place croissants on a baking sheet and warm through in oven for
approximately 5 mins.

Serve raspberries and cheese in separate dishes along with
warmed croissants. Let guests split and spread their own croissants
with the cheese and top with fresh fruit.
