Crostini with Olives, White Truffle Oil & Castello® Havarti Creamy

1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
½ cup olive tapenade
¼ teaspoon truffle oil
2 ounces Castello Havarti Creamy

Preparation

Preheat the broiler to medium-high heat. Brush the slices of baguette with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary. Arrange on a baking sheet and place under the broiler until the bread toasts to a golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove the heat. 

In a small bowl, combine the olive tapenade with the truffle oil. Liberally spread the mixture on the toasted bread slices. Top the crostini with thin shavings of Castello Havarti Creamy.Return the pan to the broiler and heat until the cheese melts, covering the tapenade, about 2 minutes.

Remove and serve warm.
