Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients for 1 serving

Sliced Bread

Soft butter

Havarti Creamy Cheese

Fresh basil leaves

Fresh tomatoes sliced thin

Grilled Cheese Sandwich


Butter both sides of the sliced bread. Place 4 slices of Havarti Creamy cheese on one slice. Place tomatoes and basil on top.  Cover with second slice.

Melt 2 tbs butter in a non stick fry pan on med heat. Place the cheese sandwich in the pan and allow the bottom to toast and evenly become golden brown. Turn over and place a weight or cover to allow the cheese to melt and crisp the other side.

Remove and serve immediately.
