With this incredibly easy recipe for basic cracker dough you can impress your guests with beautiful and crisp crackers with the toppings you love – the crackers can be decorated and seasoned in endless combinations!
You can either put some seasoning in the batter or sprinkle it on the crackers before baking. This time I made 4 variations - Poppy seeds, Sea Salt, Black Pepper and Paprika. The combinations are endless and you can easily match the flavors to fit the cheeses on your cheese board.
400 g of wheat flour
2 dl water
A pinch of salt
1. All ingredients are kneaded well together (machine is recommended).
2. Gather the dough in a bowl and let it rise on the kitchen counter for 30-60 minutes.
3 Roll the dough out thinly and cut out some crackers (use cutters or a glas)
4 Brush each biscuit with Oil and bake at 200 ° for about 15 minutes. (Keep an eye on the crackers so they don’t turn dark)
