Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients for 12 servings

8 oz. whipped cream cheese

1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

1/2 cup hot sauce

4.4 oz. Castello Blue Cheese, crumbled

Rotisserie chicken, shredded

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Parsley for garnish

Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine cream cheese, dressing, hot sauce, crumbled Castello blue cheese, shredded chicken, and seasonings in a medium bowl and mix until well blended. Separate into two oven-safe baking dishes and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese has melted.
  4. Serve hot with chips or veggies.
