Baked Double Crème White with Rosemary

Ingredients for 1 serving

1 package Double Crème White (or two halves)

2 sprigs of rosemary

1 to 2 cloves of garlic


Optional accompaniments:

Rosemary biscuits

Coarse mustard


Baked Double Crème White with Rosemary


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place the Double Crème White in an ovenproof dish lined with baking parchment. If you can't find a whole cheese, you can put two halves together by wrapping a strip of aluminum foil around the cheese to keep them together.

With a sharp knife make small incisions in the top of the cheese and fill with little sprigs of rosemary or thin slices of garlic. Bake for 15 minutes and serve immediately with biscuits, mustard and fresh grapes.
