Beef and Blue Cheese Panini

Ingredients for 3 servings
  • 1 pound deli-style medium rare roast beef, thinly sliced or shaved 

  • 1 small red onion, peeled and thinly sliced 

  • 2 tablespoons horseradish 

  • 2 cups arugula or baby spinach leaves 

  • 1 package Castello® Burger Blue cheese slices
  • 6 slices dark rye or pumpernickel bread 

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Beef and Blue Cheese Panini


Preheat panini press or indoor grill.

Spread butter evenly onto one side of each slice of bread.

Place 3 slices of bread, buttered side down and spread horseradish equally onto each slice.
