Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients for 1 serving

1/2 package Castello Double Crème Blue

2 tablespoons sour cream

Salt and pepper

1 lemon

1/4 cup whipping cream

Blue Cheese Dip


Take the cheese out of the fridge half an hour before making the dip to allow the cheese to soften. Mix the blue cheese with sour cream. Grate a little lemon peel and add a little juice. To adjust the texture, you can also add a little cream. 

Season with salt and pepper, and then serve with potato root vegetable crisps
