Cheesy Jalapeño Dip

Ingredients for 4-6 servings

8 oz. sour cream

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

4 oz. Castello Havarti Jalapeño Cheese

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon water

2 jalapeños, seeds and chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

2-4 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs, optional

Cheesy Jalapeño Dip


  1. In a bowl mix together sour cream and Castello Havarti Jalapeño Cheese.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, jalapeños, mayonnaise, water and mix until everything is combined.
  3. Transfer to oven-safe dish and top with panko breadcrumbs (optional).
  4. Heat in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees and then broil for 2 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and serve immediately with crackers, carrots, celery or any other snack of your choice!
