Chili Cheese Popcorn with Aged Havarti

Ingredients for 1 serving

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/3 cup popcorn kernels

1/3 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground chili

1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest

Sea salt and ground black pepper

3 1/2 ounces Castello Aged Havarti, finely grated

Chili Cheese Popcorn with Aged Havarti


Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large saucepan. Add popcorn, cover and shake pan for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the popcorn is popped.

Remove pan from the heat and add the remaining oil and paprika, chili, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Put the lid on and shake the pan thoroughly until everything is mixed together. Sprinkle the popcorn with grated Aged Havarti and serve while warm.
