Crostini with Double Crème White and Peppadews

2 packages Castello Double Crème White

1 baguette, sliced

Olive oil

Sea salt

6 large mild peppadews, divided into quarters

2 tablespoons salted pistachios, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and remove cheese from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Glaze 12 bread slices with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Roast in oven for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Slice cheese and arrange on bread. Garnish with peppadews, sprinkle with pistachios and serve with a fruity and semi-dry champagne.
