- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 6 fresh figs
- 1 container Castello® Crumbled Blue
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh rosemary
Fig Tart with Crumbled Blue and Honey
Cut the puff pastry in circles to fit in the baking tin. Cut the figs into quarters and place on the puff pastry. Equally disperse the Crumbled Blue on top of the pastries and drizzle with honey and fresh rosemary. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size – the cheese should be melted and the pastry crust should be slightly golden. Serve while it is still warm.
