Fondue with Havarti, White Wine and Tarragon

Ingredients for 1 serving

1 1/3 Castello Aged Havarti

1/4 cup white wine

1 handful fresh tarragon

2 teaspoons paprika

Fondue with Havarti, White Wine and Tarragon

Preparation

Add wine to a saucepan and warm to just below boiling point. Grate cheese and place in the pan slowly, letting melt before adding more to avoid lumps.

When all the cheese has melted, add chopped tarragon and paprika. Put the melted cheese mixture in a warm bowl and serve with Chorizo, pears, apples, tomatoes and baguette.
