Pumpkin Canapés

Ingredients for 1 serving

1 cup of Pumpkin (cut and hollowed)

3.5 oz. Castello Aged or Creamy Havarti

 

Marinades

Savory

Cayenne Pepper

Salt

Oil

 

Sweet

Cinnamon

1 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger

Honey

Oil

Pumpkin Canapés

Preparation

Clean the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes (keep the skin on). Add the pumpkin cubes into an ovenproof dish with the marinade. Heat the oven to 400° and bake for 30 minutes. Serve on a stick with Castello Havarti cheese cut into cubes.
