Raspberry Daiquiri Jam

Ingredients for 1 serving

3/4 cup raspberries

1-2 limes

1 1/3 ounces rum

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

Raspberry Daiquiri Jam


Mix the raspberries with sugar and let sit for 15 minutes. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for about 7 to 10 minutes without a lid. Season with the both juice and peel of the lime(s), then add rum. Boil the alcohol away.

Pour the mixture in scalded glass jars, close the lid and store in the fridge.
