Savory Cheese Board

Ingredients for 1 serving

Castello Aged Havarti

Castello Traditional Blue

Castello Double Crème White

1 stick salami, sliced

1 package prosciutto

1/2 cup Marcona almonds

1/2 cup hazelnuts

2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

1 jar olive tapenade

1 jar pepper jam

1 jar Michael Symon’s Marinated Olives

1 package rustic breadstick crackers and almond thins

Savory Cheese Board

Preparation

  1. Place Castello Cheeses on a board. Crumble Aged Havarti and Traditional Blue, as pictured. Slice Double Crème White, as pictured. 
  2. Add sliced salami, prosciutto and nuts. Fill serving dishes with pepper jam, olive tapenade and marinated olives. Garnish with fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme.
  3. Serve with rustic breadstick crackers and almond thins.
