14 oz. Castello Double Crème Blue

1 pear

1/3 cup walnuts

Fresh thyme for garnish

Stuffed Dates with Double Crème Blue, Walnuts and Pear

Preparation

  1. Remove stones from the dates and stuff with Double Crème Blue. Cut one pear into thin slices and add a slice to each date. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium-high heat until lightly brown. 
  2. Garnish the dates with walnuts and fresh thyme and serve.
