BLOODY MARY BURGER SAUCE

From one of the world’s best cocktails to one of the world’s best burger sauces this spicy and refreshing burger sauce incorporates all the best flavors from the classic Bloody Mary into a bold and hot burger sauce perfect for a nicely grilled beef patty!

CHIMICHURRI BURGER SAUCE

Chimichurri is a cold green sauce originally from Argentina. It’s packed with flavors from fresh herbs, chili and garlic and a perfect choice for grilled meat – both steak and beef patties.

MOJO CHEDDAR BURGER SAUCE

Bell peppers, garlic and cumin are a great match for the rich Castello matured cheddar and together they make a tasty condiment for grilled burgers or even as a dip for roasted potatoes.

TARTAR BURGER SAUCE

Summer is just the time to try grilled burgers slathered with homemade tartar sauce – it takes a bit of chopping but it’s all worth it. 

AVOCADO AIOLI

It’s hard to do a list of favorite Burger sauces without mentioning avocado aioli, that has almost unlimited uses and that’s a safe choice for your homemade burger.

5 SERVING TIPS

Keep your garden party casual and cool with these 5 serving tips!

1. COCKTAIL PITCHERS

Get people talking and mingling with delicious cocktail pitchers – whether it’s a homemade iced tea, a pretty Margarita or a Cranberry & St. Germain pitcher, the drink section becomes part of the décor!

2. ICED FRUIT

Ice cubes with blueberries, strawberries or raspberries and scoops of frozen melon will be an extravagant addition to any party! Iced fruit can be prepared the day before and takes very little effort.

3. CUTLERY & NAPKIN IN ONE

Help your guests tackle the buffet and wrap napkin and cutlery in one – and if you want to avoid doing the dishes, choose wooden or plastic cutlery!

4. DRESSINGS IN JARS

Make your own Burger dressings and serve in jars on the buffet. Your guests can actually see what they are eating and you avoid having a buffet of plastic bottles!

5. FRIES IN PAPER CUPS

Fries are a perfect match for your homemade grilled burgers – sprinkle with salt and fresh thyme and serve in paper cornets for a crafted look!

How to pair Beer & Cheese

Brown Ale

A rich cheese can handle a stronger beer and a higher alcohol percentage. A full-bodied, matured cheese often goes well with heavier beer types, like pale lager, brown ales or even stouts. You might also give a heavy barley wine a try.

As a late night snack or maybe even an appetizer we suggest pairing a Brown Ale with Castello Matured Cheddar, pickled apricots and salted pistachios.

Belgian Saison

Mild cheeses go well with mild beers. A beer should never stifle the cheese with alcohol, strong flavours or a lot of hops.

For our Castello Creamy White we picked a Belgian Saison - serve it as an appetizer with grilled white asparagus, lemon, parsley and parma ham.

Barley Wine

Sharp blue cheeses can handle a heavy black stout, which can otherwise easily smother other flavours. Heavy, fruity beers also go well with blue cheeses. Hoppy beers tend to take the edge off blue cheese and bring out their floral notes and acidity.

As a perfect fit for Castello Creamy Blue we chose English Barley Wine. Serve it with grilled pineapple and walnuts and you are in for a treat!
