White Castello is a soft mouldripened cream cheese with a distinctive, mild, rich and creamy flavour. The mould ripens the cheese both from within and from the surface, whereby the texture becomes more and more creamy as the chese ripens.
PairingsThe mild and creamy touch on any cheese platter. As a snack on a cracker or bisquit in salads, when cut in thin slices. Especially good in tomato salads together with basil.
