- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 slices of ham
- Castello® White with Truffle
- Marinated artichoke hearts
- Green salad – e.g. heart salad
Cut 4 slices of sourdough bread and put butter and ham on two of the slices. Cut the artichoke hearts and put it together with basil leaves on top of the ham. Spread the two other slices with a thick layer of Castello® White with Truffle. Combine these two slices with the rest and grill them in an oven or on a barbecue until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Serve with a fresh, simple salad.
