Castello Aged Havarti with Marinated Apples

1 red-skinned apple, cut into very thin wedges (approx. 175 g)
3 tbsp (45 mL) liquid honey
2 tsp (10 mL) white balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp (45 mL) raisins
50 g Castello Aged Havarti, cut into small pieces 

Castello Aged Havarti with Marinated Apples

Preparation

Accompaniment: 
Coarse, crisp bread. 

Fold the apple wedges into the vinegar when cutting them out. Add honey and raisins and marinate the apples for approx. 15 minutes. 

Remove apples and raisins from the marinade. Serve them with cheese wedges and crisp bread of your choice.
