Castello Pineapple Cream Cheese (125 g)
Castello Blue (150 g)
Castello Aged Havarti (165 g) or another semi-hard Castello cheese
50 g of coarsely chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons syrup
Blueberries
Fresh figs
Crackers

Castello Cheeseboard Mix

Preparation

Remove the Castello Blue and Castello Aged Havarti (or another semi-hard Castello cheese of your choice) from refrigerator approx. 1 hour before serving. Later on, remove the Castello Pineapple Cream Cheese from the refrigerator approx. 15 minutes before serving. Place the blueberries in a small bowl. Slice the figs and place on a small serving plate. Place walnuts in a bowl and drizzle with some syrup. Serve the cheeseboard with crackers on the side.
