Chocolate, apricot and nut compote for cheese

25 g dark orange chocolate (cocoa content min. 55%)
75 g roasted salted cashews
50 g dried apricots
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lime juice

Serve with
Castello Creamy Blue or Castello Marquis

Chocolate, apricot and nut compote for cheese

Preparation

Chop nuts, chocolate and apricots. Add honey and lime juice, stir and taste. Cut the cheese into slices and place on crackers or crisp bread.Add the compote on top.

Serve immediately.
