Creamy White with foccacia bread and salad

  • 1 pack of Castello Creamy White
  • 150 g. Foccaciabrødt cut in tern
  • 2 tablespoons. Coarse mustard
  • 40 g. Rucola salad, purified
  • 4 Piquillo peppers cut into strips
  • 1 can of butterbeans
  • 4 slices Bresaola cut into strips
  • Salt and pepper
Creamy White with foccacia bread and salad

Preparation

Take the cheese out of the refrigerator approx. One ½ hour before serving. Cut the cheese into serving pieces. Turn the bread with mustard, rucola salad, piquillo-pepper, butterbeans and bresaola. Put the salad on a dish or in a bowl and put the cheese on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and server.
