Edamame hummus

  • 200 g shelled edamame beans (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 dl sour cream or yoghurt
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
Edamame hummus

Preparation

Pour boiling water over the shelled edamame beans and strain. Add the edamame beans, ground cumin, tahini and garlic to a blender. Pulse lightly to blend and gradually add the olive oil and yoghurt to get the right texture – season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
